Michel Fattal


Michel Fattal is the Senior Vice President of Fattal Group, a 4th generation family business headquartered in Lebanon specializing in the distribution of FMCG and healthcare products in the MENA region. Michel oversees the FMCG businesses outside Lebanon. He is also the Chairman of Assurex, a top-tier insurance and reinsurance company in Lebanon. Michel strongly believes in entrepreneurship and work readiness education to address unemployment and build a brighter future for Lebanon’s youth. He is the Chairman of INJAZ Lebanon, and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation and has served as the CSR Officer on the MENA YPO board.

Fayza Mehanna has been INJAZ Lebanon's Executive Director since 2014. She first joined INJAZ in 2007, establishing the office and operations in Qatar. Fayza has worked with several governmental and non-governmental organizations, garnering over ten years of experience in economic and social development, youth entrepreneurship, and NGO capacity building. Prior to joining our team, Fayza worked with Lebanon’s Council for Development and Reconstruction of Cultural Heritage and the Urban Development program to promote social and economic growth initiatives across five secondary cities in Lebanon. She has held several positions with Save the Children Federation at both a regional and national level. Fayza holds a BA in Political Sciences from the University of London, and an MS in Development Studies from the University of Bath.
