Executive Vice president for HR and Training The Executive Vice President for HR & Training of Americana Group, the largest food conglomerate in the Middle East operating in 16 countries with 65,000 employees. He is quite active on the public and philanthropic fronts. He has effectively contributed in qualifying over 100,000 fresh graduates and helped them get employed through his role as the Secretary General & Board Member of the Professional Development Foundation, one of the largest social foundations in the Arab world. He adopted several initiatives that changed the work culture in both public and private sectors. Moreover, he assumes leadership roles in several non-profit NGOs in the fields of education and community development.
As Executive Director of INJAZ Egypt, Dina helped pilot and set up the organization’s operations in Egypt. In addition to her work with INJAZ Egypt, Dina currently serves as Co-Chair of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Committee at the Amcham. Her experience in the non-profit sector is extensive, most notably helping NGOs set-up and expand their operations in the Egyptian market. Dina has previously worked with Save the Children, and in 1999 she was part of a team that helped establish the Future Generation Foundation in Egypt, helping hundreds of young men and women develop their skills in order to locate job opportunities.. Dina has also conducted key research assignments for the US-Egypt Presidents’ Council. After graduating with a degree in International Relations from the American University of Cairo, Dina did graduate work at Georgetown and received a Master’s Degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
